Position Responsibilities Summary:
- Responsible for after-sales service for all ECA China products, with primary focus on ESP while also covering other ECA products.
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain effective communication, understand equipment operating conditions, and proactively identify potential service needs.
- Coordinate with project managers of new-build projects to ensure proper project handover, and get involved during installation and commissioning stages to understand on-site conditions.
- After project acceptance and handover, take responsibility for the connection and execution of maintenance contracts to ensure continuous and stable operation of customer equipment.
- Visit customer sites as required to provide equipment inspection services, complete inspection logs, and issue inspection reports.
- Based on site inspections and customer requirements, propose retrofit concepts or spare parts lists and organize technical discussions and reviews.
- Prepare and submit technical proposals and quotation documents for retrofit or spare parts solutions.
- Regularly follow up on customer sales opportunities, participate in technical exchanges and commercial negotiations, and drive contract signing.
- Cooperate with the global product center and purchasing department on supply chain management of designated mechanical components, including supplier development.
- Handle global inquiries, quotations, order execution, and delivery tracking for mechanical components.
- Establish and maintain customer equipment records and service database.
- Summarize and analyze service business data and report regularly to management.
- Participate in internal technical exchanges and experience sharing to support knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Good command of spoken and written English, able to conduct technical and commercial communication.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the air pollution control industry, with ESP experience as a primary requirement.
- Familiar with ESP mechanical components such as collecting plates, discharge electrodes, casing, and rapping systems.
- Experience in site installation and commissioning, with knowledge of installation procedures and quality control requirements.
- Ability to conduct internal ESP mechanical inspections and assess wear and deformation of key components.
- Experience in after-sales service or maintenance management of industrial equipment.
- Spare parts sales or technical service sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in supplier development and procurement coordination, with understanding of the domestic machining market.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to read AutoCAD drawings.
- Willingness to travel frequently within China and occasionally internationally.
- Ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation, customer orientation, and business awareness.
