We are hiring for?

Group IT Delivery Center (India) team is part of ANDRITZ GROUP IT responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of word class IT systems to ANDRITZ GROUP companies. Global Delivery Center (India) is working as service provider to the ANDRITZ GROUP IT Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Firewall management (Checkpoint knowledge is preferential)
• Remote Access (Netscaler VPN is preferential)
• Wireless Management (Cisco wireless is preferential)
• Cisco Routing & Switching
• Network security
• LAN Management
• IT / OT Network Segmentation & Troubleshooting
• Backup & Restore: Monitoring / Auditing
• Vulnerability Management
• Service Requests (AD & M365)
• Basic Outside Business hours for Apps (IE: LMS Time Tracking)

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Align and develop the Network Architecture together with the Service Owner to ensure performant, secure, and reliable operations of the network technologies.
• Act as a key technical contact in case of a cyber security incident
• knowledge of Remote Access Solution over Citrix VPN, Netscaler VPN, CISCO VPN, etc.
• Experience on Handling Firewalls (Checkpoint/Cisco/Juniper/Fortigate/Palo Alto).
• Knowledge of Remote Access Solution over Citrix VPN, Netscaler VPN, CISCO VPN, etc.
• Can be able to troubleshoot VPN Issues.
• Knowledge of WLC’s/ISE/Prime.
• Someone having experience in SD Wan Solution.
• High-level proficiency with Cloud networking and virtualization technologies

Desirable knowledge/Certification

• CCNP, Juniper Or Netscaler Certification, Knowledge of Load balancers/Firewalls.

• Mandatory Certifications: CCNP
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Networking Environment
