The primary purpose of this role is to drive Order Booking and Revenue Growth in the O&M business by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and executing end‑to‑end sales strategies with OEM and Non‑OEM customers. The role ensures sustainable business expansion through structured sales processes, market development, and strategic bid management.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing Teams to drive growth and achieve order booking targets across Hydro and PSP industry.
- Plan, formulate, and deliver the Annual Order Booking Plans, ensuring expected contribution margins in line with Management guidelines.
- Identify and convert new O&M business opportunities within OEM and NON‑OEM customer segments to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Implement innovative sales strategies to strengthen Andritz’s position in the O&M Market.
- Manage the complete O&M sales lifecycle—from identifying target customers, lead nurturing, proposal development, and negotiation, to finalizing contracts.
- Explore and develop new O&M markets to broaden market presence and enhance revenue streams.
- Lead preparation, analysis, and submission of bids (online & offline), secure internal approvals, coordinate cross-functional negotiations, and manage direct customer negotiations.
- Build strong customer relationships based on trust and integrity to support consistent O&M business wins.
- Assess regional O&M and Hydro Power market potential and generate insights to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, highlighting order inflow, pipeline status, and business progress.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze O&M industry trends, competitor activity, and changing customer needs to refine sales plans proactively.
- Lead tender management and direct sales processes, including margin analysis and root‑cause evaluation of lost bids.
- Drive new product/service business development like Advanvced Digital O&M platforms, creating roadmaps and initiating sales generation activities.
- Travel extensively and ensure timely follow-ups with customers to secure orders and maintain engagement.
