Major Duties:

  • Conduct job analysis and communicate with business departments to gain a deeper understanding of job responsibilities and requirements.
  • Develop and optimize recruitment channels while ensuring cost control.
  • Maintain internal and external recruitment information.
  • Manage daily recruitment activities, including sourcing, collecting, and screening resumes from both internal and external sources; interview candidates from an HR perspective; and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Provide reference recommendations to support line managers in making final hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment results in a timely manner to ensure recruitment targets are achieved, while monitoring and controlling recruitment costs.
  • Establish and continuously improve interview methodologies.
  • Guide hiring managers in conducting effective interviews.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases.
  • Support recruitment-related and broader HR projects.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

 

 

Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition practices.
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing environment; headhunting/recruitment agency experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, perform well under pressure, and demonstrate creativity.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
