Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and maintain contacts with customers and external partners as required for order and project execution.

• Coordinate project delivery concepts and ensure all relevant information on safety, functional requirements, scope of supply, schedules and costs is available for execution.

• Organize and coordinate necessary activities across internal departments (OP, QA, PC, FICO, etc.) to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Cooperate closely with Sales Managers and Order Execution teams for technical clarification, product and spare parts selection, and quotation support.

• Provide technical support to Sales and customers during quotation, order handling and execution phases, ensuring feasibility and compliance with product standards.

• Coordinate manufacturing activities with operation plants and suppliers, and follow up delivery schedules, quality documents and inspection planning.

• Monitor project progress, delivery performance and cost control, ensuring on-time performance (OTP > 90%) as committed.

• Manage product-related supply chain activities, including supplier coordination, cost structure alignment and product quality monitoring.

• Support price control and cost optimization initiatives to enhance product competitiveness while ensuring quality and delivery requirements.

• Drive product and key component localization initiatives in cooperation with suppliers, Product Centers and internal stakeholders.

• Support technical validation and implementation of localized products in projects, repair and service orders.

• Act as the key coordinator to lead the handling of product-related field issues and customer feedback, organizing internal and external resources for problem resolution.

• Follow up warranty cases, quality deviations and corrective actions to continuously improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain close interaction with Global / Regional Product Centers to track R&D projects, product updates and technical changes.

• Actively promote new products, product improvements and technical solutions to Sales teams to support market development and customer communication.

 

 

Requirements:

•Bachelor (master) degree with major of mechanical/process background

•Practical experience in the pulp and paper industry is better

•Understanding mechanical drawings

•Skillful in office software operation (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, etc.)

•Good in English
