PROJECT MANAGER
Turn industrial projects into solutions that perform.

Esbjerg, Denmark | International customer projects | Plant & Equipment Solutions

Your projects will travel further than your desk.

At ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel, we design and deliver advanced processing equipment, process lines, and complete plant solutions to customers worldwide.

Our customers include some of the world's leading producers within animal feed, aqua feed, pet food and biofuel industries.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead industrial projects from handover to final acceptance—balancing technology, commercial priorities and customer expectations.

You will manage a varied portfolio of major equipment deliveries, process lines and EPS/EPC projects, aligning people and priorities to deliver on our commitments to the customer.

The Challenge You Will Own

From contract handover to final acceptance, you will lead project execution within our established framework, drive progress, support sound decision-making and keep stakeholders aligned. Working closely with the project team and functional specialists, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of Plant & Equipment Solutions projects—from major equipment and process-line deliveries to EPS and EPC projects—using ANDRITZ processes, governance and tools.
  • Plan and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality and reporting in collaboration with the relevant project contributors.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, build constructive relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, while functional specialists retain responsibility for their respective deliverables.
  • Maintain project financial data and regularly update forecasts in the ERP system, including cost, profitability and cash-flow outlooks, in collaboration with Project Controlling and other relevant functions.
  • Report on progress, schedule, financial performance, key risks, deviations and decisions required and lead regular project and risk reviews to ensure clear ownership and follow-up.
  • Support quotation reviews, contract clarifications and structured handovers from Sales, and manage contracts, changes and claims with the relevant commercial and technical functions.
  • Capture lessons learned and share relevant insights to support continuous improvement in future quotations, solutions and project execution.

What You Bring to the Project

Your technical and professional foundation

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience managing technical projects in industrial equipment, plant engineering, manufacturing, energy, process industries or a comparable sector.
  • A solid understanding of project management principles, project execution and project financial management.
  • Experience using SAP, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

How you lead

Qualifications matter, but how you make progress matters just as much. You are:

  • Results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Customer-focused and relationship-driven.
  • Structured, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A strong communicator who can engage stakeholders across functions and cultures.
  • Commercially aware and able to balance technical and business objectives.

A team player who enjoys collaboration and knowledge sharing.
