We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in.
About the Role
As HR Business Partner, you are a key driving force in attracting high-quality talent and maximising the employability of our current workforce. You develop and drive HR processes and projects that enable an employee-centric, high-performance culture — the foundation for achieving the ambitious goals of the Feed & Biofuel Division.
The role reports directly to the Danish HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Employer Branding
You lead end-to-end recruitment in close collaboration with hiring managers — selecting the right candidates through the best channels, utilising #ARecruitment (SAP SuccessFactors), conducting personality and cognitive assessments, and taking the lead in interviews. You organise career fairs, SoMe activities, and ensure updated, relevant employer branding material in collaboration with the MarCom Department.
HR Operations
As key user for #APeople (SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central), you manage HR master data for employees in the legal entity and connected branch offices. You handle HR administration across the full employee lifecycle — from contracts and compensation & benefits to onboarding and offboarding. You proactively use HR KPI reporting to advise and challenge managers, maintain the Employee Handbook, and collaborate closely with payroll on master data and absences.
Data, Reporting & Compliance
You take an active role in HR data quality, reporting, and analysis — translating data into actionable insights that support sound decision-making. You ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and internal policies, and you serve as the go-to person for GDPR matters within HR, ensuring that personal data is handled correctly and consistently across all HR processes.
HR Business Partnering
You serve as a trusted sparring partner for employees and managers on all HR matters — employment law, personnel cases, performance, and engagement. You advise, support, and challenge managers in their decision-making, grounded in HR data and a clear understanding of business priorities. Your responsibilities also include:
· Employability initiatives: training, preventive measures, and case management including reintegration to work
· Coordination of the annual salary review, bonus process, and Performance Process as key user for #APerformance
· Ownership of HR projects and contributing to global HR activities
· Supporting the HR Manager on people-related communications and value-adding HR initiatives
Your Profile
You bring solid business acumen and a natural ability to connect HR activities with business priorities. You have a structured, proactive working style and a genuine "can-do" attitude, combined with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation.
You are comfortable working with data — analysing, reporting, and translating numbers into meaningful insights. You have a solid understanding of GDPR and employment law compliance, and you approach these areas with both rigour and pragmatism.
You are IT savvy with strong MS Excel skills, confident in SharePoint and other MS Office tools, and experienced with HRIS systems — preferably SAP SuccessFactors. You have an end-to-end process mindset and are comfortable working independently.
Importantly, you have a genuine support gene — you find satisfaction in being the person colleagues and managers turn to, and you show up with energy, patience, and professionalism regardless of the complexity of the matter at hand.
Fluency in both Danish and English, written and verbal, is a requirement.
