Responsibilities:

• Manage customer request in the mill site
• Provide technical report both to customer and direct superior
• Responsible for equipment operation, the regular inspection of related equipment in drying Area
• Ensure spare part services is based on customer requested
• As a technical team for strategic business growth
• Adhere to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure workplace safety and Health policies, procedures and regulations are followed
• Responsible for personal safety while working

Tasklist:

• Visiting customer bi-weekly basis
• Doing services based on PO from customer
• Ensure technical services is completed in Woodyard area
• Reporting technical what has been done
