What we offer:

• Contact person for all IT-related issues
• Ensuring the trouble-free functionality of all IT systems, peripheral devices and software applications
• Advice and support for the specialist departments
• Contributing to the creation of service concepts, service improvements and documentation
• Coordinating external service providers

What we are looking for:

• Vocational training in the IT environment, especially in the field of hardware
• Initial experience as a PC technician, rollout technician, service technician or system technician
• Good hardware and software knowledge as well as knowledge of networking
• Familiarity with the latest Microsoft operating systems and common Microsoft applications
• Independent and flexible team player with a structured way of working as well as communication and organisational skills
• High degree of service orientation, initiative and commitment
