What we offer:

• Competent contact person for managers and employees at the Gemmingen site in all strategic and operational HR topics
• Professional management of HR services and responsibility for all operational HR topics and HR processes - in a team and on site
• Contact person for questions relevant to co-determination
• Collaboration in the conception and implementation of HR projects
• Designing and implementing needs-based, innovative and efficient HR solutions and ensuring HR processes and standards
   

What we are looking for:

• Completed university degree, ideally with a specialisation in HR management
• Broad-based, generalist HR expertise acquired through professional experience in HR management
• Sound (collective bargaining) knowledge of the metal and electrical industry, especially ERA
• Strong implementation and assertive personality with a confident demeanour, high social competence and business understanding
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to travel (10-20%)
