What we offer:

• Planning and organizing virtual, blended, and in-person events for employees and managers (e.g., training sessions, workshops, employee development programs)

• Evaluating, documenting, and monitoring the costs of training events

• Providing support and advice to employees, managers, and trainers on all aspects of training management

• Creating visual aids for presentations, templates, and informational materials

• Collaborating on current projects, including international ones (e.g., high-potential and leadership development programs or performance review meetings)

• Researching and analyzing trends

• Maintaining and updating our intranet site using Microsoft SharePoint

   

What we are looking for:

• Enrolled student in the field of business administration, psychology, education, social sciences or similar
• High customer and solution orientation as well as an independent, structured way of working and a strong sense of responsibility (organizational talent)
• Strong communication skills (in German and English), confident manner and enjoy dealing with different contacts
• Experience in areas such as training management, further education or in commercial departments desirable
