What we offer: 

• Supporting the Service Division at German locations as part of the AI-transformation by: 
  • Analyzing and validating processes with regard to the use of AI
  • Assisting local terms with concrete tool recommendations
  • Developing and implementing practical, usable use cases
• Scouting AI use cases (primarily startups)
• Conducting workshops, short training sessions and informational events
• Creating tailored, informative content for the service organization
• Actively contributing to and supporting operational day-to-day business processes

What we are looking for: 

• Ongoing studies with a focus on digital transformation (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, Digital Business...)
• Experience with state-of-the-art digital AI-Tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and the associated concepts and technologies
• Willingness to engage with AI in a pracitcal, day-today business context
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with standard office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
