What We Offer:
- Overall responsibility for managing and controlling complex international customer projects across the entire project lifecycle, including the proactive initiation and implementation of control measures
- Central point of contact for customers (“one face to the customer”), as well as independent leadership of negotiations, particularly in the context of change orders and contract amendments
- Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of external partners, ensuring smooth communication between customers and ANDRITZ
- Ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of budget, schedule, and quality, while actively managing stakeholders
- Responsibility for professional claim and risk management, including early identification, assessment, and implementation of appropriate measures
- Preparation of meaningful reports as well as management-ready presentation of project KPIs and decision-making bases, including the creation of audit-proof project documentation
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in special machine engineering, as well as a strong technical understanding
- Structured, independent, and proactive way of working, combined with determination and assertiveness
- Confident handling of common IT tools; very good German and English skills
- Team spirit, resilience, and flexibility, as well as a high willingness to travel internationally
