What we offer: 

• Analysis and improvement of existing manufacturing processes (e.g., by reducing material usage)
• Conducting process simulations (feasibility studies, tool load analysis, virtual validation of forming steps)
• Design support and optimization of forming tools and process chains (from blank to finished component) — for the defense product sector
• Technical support, planning, and commissioning of equipment in series production
• Monitoring of production parameters, conducting target-actual comparisons, and developing solutions in case of deviations
• Preparation of work instructions, process documentation, and standardization of technical procedures
   

What we are looking for: 

• A successfully completed degree in engineering, preferably with a specialization in forming technology
• Initial professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering, ideally in bulk forming
• Expertise in materials science for steel and aluminum
• Knowledge of project management and interdisciplinary work methods
• Proficient in using CAD and in forming simulation
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
• High level of initiative, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills
