What we offer:

• Development of new machines for battery production in close collaboration with the Sovema Group's engineering team in Italy
• Processing customer projects in an interface function, including the organisation of purchased parts in international cooperation and the development of solutions for product integration
• Development of a modular product system and design and construction of mechanical components
• Development of overall and detailed designs as well as standardisation and modularisation of machine assemblies
• Carrying out technical calculations for the design of machines and components as well as drive design

What we are looking for:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or qualification as a state-certified technician in mechanical engineering
• Very good technical understanding required
• Several years of professional experience in engineering desirable, ideally in the field of production systems for battery manufacturing
• Experience in the implementation of machines according to GB standard in the EC Machinery Directive available
• Confident handling of a common CAD system (ideally CATI V6) as well as Windows tools and SAP
• Fluent language skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
