What we offer: 

• Monitoring and maintaining technical systems, building functions and facilities
• Planning and commissioning maintenance work for internal operations and external service providers
• Regular monitoring and inspection of technical infrastructure such as heating, coolung and ventilation systems, electrical systems and sanitary facilities and initiating necessary measures when required
• Monitoring and optimizing supply efficiency, e.g. energy-saving measures
• Planning and coordinating required safety inspections
• Monitoring the performance of external service providers, maintaining records, filing and data maintenance

What we are looking for: 

• Technical craftsmanship and business management understanding
• Practical understanding of building services engineering, affinity for IT systems of building management technology and other building-related software
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, negotiation and organizational skills, reliability
• Flexibility with regard to working hours
