What we offer:

• Checking travel reports for accuracy and completeness and checking expenses for conformity with the travel policy
• Actively clarifying discrepancies and approving audited travel claims
• Maintaining accounts for advances, claims and reconciling settlements
• Processing and implementation of foreign reporting procedures
• Close coordination with the accounting department for interdepartmental transactions

What we are looking for:

• Completed commercial training
• Initial professional experience in Travel expense reporting or Accounting desirable
• Ideally SAP user knowledge and confident handling of MS Office
• Structured, careful and conscientious style of working, service orientation
