What we offer: 

• Monitoring and tracking of payment agreements and deadlines, expected incoming payments and due receivables 
• Assisting with dunning and debt collection management
• Checking invoices from business transactions with customers for factual completeness and accuracy
• Carrying out postings and checking posting transactions in accordance with the account assignment instructions 
• Clarifying differences and complaints from customers with specialist departments 
• Initiating and tracking corrected invoices, reversals and credit notes
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as reports and statistics

What we are looking for: 

• Commercial vocational training; qualification as an accountant advantageous
• Several years of professional experience in accounts receivable accounting and receivables management
• Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI and SD)
• Good knowledge of English
• Reliable, goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as a high degree of flexibility and sense of responsibility
