What we offer: 

• Checking incoming invoices, in particular according to tax criteria and order specifications, and posting outgoing payments
• Clarifying discrepancies with the relevant departments and forwarding them for payment approval
• Initiating the creation of credit notes or debits and following them up
• Processing reminders 
• Continuous maintenance of open items 
• Contributing to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and preparing reports and statistics

What we are looking for: 

• Commercial training, qualification as an accountant advantageous
• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable and invoice verification
• Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI and MM)
• Knowledge of English advantageous
• Reliable and goal-oriented team player with an independent way of working and a high degree of flexibility and sense of responsibility
