What we offer:

- Support hourly and salaried employees through direct contact and timely and effective responses to personnel needs and issues
- Assist supervisors and managers in the areas of conflict resolution, corrective action, investigations, and other related issues
- Assist Employees with general questions and issues in the areas of recruitment, benefits, payroll, and training
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Responsible for developing, coordinating, and leading training, as needed, for employees and managers.
- Coordinate all required pre-employment screenings (background checks and drug tests)
- Conduct and coordinate new hire on-boarding procedures and in-person orientations
- Maintain and update employee data within SAP system
- Prepare and provide monthly headcount reports as needed
- Participate in annual open enrollment benefit meetings
- Ensure the timely enrollment and/or termination of employees within various employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.
- Serve as back-up payroll administrator when needed
- Ensure company and departmental compliance with state and federal labor law required postings
- Plan and participate in various company-wide events
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or business-related degree, or three to five years of professional Human Resources experience in a manufacturing related company
- Payroll experience is a plus
- Knowledge SAP or similar ERP system preferred
- Experience with ADP is a plus
- Superior collaboration, communication, and presentation skills with strong business acumen
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Highly organized and time conscious
- Possess strong analytical aptitude

- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software

- Fluent in English with advanced reading and writing skills
- Visa holders/English as Second Language (ESL) individuals must take TOEFL exam and score above passing grade
