Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support our Hydroforming operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, maintaining accurate production and sales records, managing intercompany transactions, and supporting reporting and forecasting activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·  Lead the creation, maintenance, and timely invoicing of new sales orders for Hydroforming die jobs, ensuring alignment with financial policies and operational objectives.

·  Maintain and monitor backlog data for new Hydroforming jobs and amendments, tracking progress and providing actionable insights to management.

·  Initiate and manage production jobs while updating quarterly production costing, supporting both operational efficiency and accurate financial reporting.

·  Prepare, post, and analyze labor, material, and overhead costs for Hydroforming operations, including monthly, forecast, and budget reporting.

·  Manage affiliate billback invoices and intercompany entries between SIC & SHD, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance with internal controls.

·  Perform month-end close activities in SAP for SHD, including reconciliation, reporting, and variance analysis.

·  Generate, maintain, and analyze Manufacturing & Service Cockpit reports to monitor KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and operational performance.

·  Support the rolling manufacturing forecast process, providing timely financial insights to optimize planning and resource allocation.

·  Prepare inventory obsolescence and valuation reports, supporting inventory management and financial accuracy.

·  Reclassify costs and process internal invoices to Customer Service as required, ensuring proper cost allocation and transparency.

·  Maintain, configure, and support Concur and AMEX accounts, including onboarding new hires and resolving employee inquiries.

·  Assist with repair and maintenance reporting, SAP setup for the new fiscal year, and other financial administration tasks.

·  Coordinate and communicate critical cutoff dates for financial processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and reporting standards.

·  Upload POC sheets, manage incoming orders, and provide analytical support for sales reporting.

·  Analyze, reconcile, and interpret financial data, delivering actionable recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis or cost accounting.

Experience with SAP, Excel, and Concur preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

Manages the controlling and accounting activities for the Hydroforming business and assists the Controller with the control functions, including but not limited to reporting of operations, managing the general ledger and maximizing corporate assets.
