Job title:  Electrical Engineer

Major Duties:

•      Do proper installation and commissioning of Andritz Nonwoven machine until customer acceptance.

•      Mechanical and electrical checkout of Andritz Nonwoven machine

•      Training of both electrical / automation and operation personnel as customer requests.

•      Process optimization prior to performance testing.

•      Demonstration of performance based upon customer specifications with acceptance.

•      Start-up Report detailing any problems, warranty issues performance acceptance and general information to project closure.

•      Provides onsite service, identifies and resolves customers’ problems with follow up service report.

•      Maintains a good understanding of electrical and pneumatic controls and trouble shoots at site when required.

•      Promotes and furthers Andritz goals through the development of good customer relationships and recognized professionalism while at site.

•      Maintain current knowledge of new Andritz Technology, both process and start up requirements;

•      Update the performance data sheet according to the test on site for sales and recommended performance data;

•      Maintain and transfer service documentation system;

•      Assembly / Test / Commissioning the production line at ATC KNW Wuxi workshop.

Competence:

•      College or bachelor degree of electrical engineering

•      Good English in writing, reading and speaking

•      More than 2 years’ experience of production or service experience of the mechanical equipment industry

•      Good electric and commission skills in Nonwoven industry

•      Good CAD knowledge

•      Microsoft office

•      Good cooperation with team spirit

•      Good communication skill with customer and internal
