KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY

• He has rich experience and good knowledge of machining process forheavy engineering industries.
• Depth knowledge of all techniques of Inspection / testing (Dimension,Visual & NDT) for machined and fabricated components.
• He has also familiar for 3D measurement with FARO GAGE &Scanner.
• Depth knowledge of all quality tools for RCA / SD and implementationof Lesson learnt implementation at Workshop and Suppliers end.
• Knowledge of Management systems (ISO 9001) and certified auditor.
• Responsible for the customer inspection at Workshop as well as atsupplier end.
• Inspection planning for workshop as well as at supplier's end as perthe requirement from Manufacturing and planning.
• NCR Generation, Technical discussion with design for disposition,follow-up for NCR closing.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), Level- II in NDT (ASNT as wellas EN) 10 ~ 15 years of experience in relevant field.
