Main tasks:

  • Fulfilment of common and specific sales targets with regards to market penetration, order intake, gross margin in the defined sales area
  • Key account management of defined customers
  • New customer acquisition
  • Creation and enhancement of customer loyalty
  • Handling of customer requests
  • Independent preparation of offers by the use of CRM and layout software
  • Technical calculation of offers
  • Independent negotiations of orders in consideration of the ANDRITZ guidelines
  • Active part in contract design
  • Customer support with regards to ideal solution 
  • Independent planning of customer visits
  • Reporting to Head of Sales regarding: the outcome of marketing activities; product placement with the customer; price level of products; current projects and their chance of success; customer complaints; customer satisfaction; competition
  • Support of the marketing department with regards to planning and execution of sales promotions and fairs in the respective sales area
  • Checking of order documents with regards to their completeness and handover to project management

Key competencies:

  • Insight into all internal sales- and cost relevant documents
  • Independent selection of pumps
  • Independent price definition and definition of contract conditions in consideration of guidelines


  • Working experience in international sales
  • Degree in Sales and/or Mechanical Engineering
  • MS office skills
  • Language knowledge: fluent English, further language knowledge of advantage
