Join our GROUP SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Department in Raaba / Graz or Vienna, Austria

Your Tasks

•    Handling of our Information Technology category with a global volume of around 100 Mio EUR p.a.
•    Defining and implementing global procurement strategies for IT in alignment with internal stakeholders
•    Global scouting of suppliers including negotiation and contracting
•    Establishing, leading and coordinating the global category team and special project teams
•    Continuous improvement of our global IT procurement processes by driving change management for reducing costs and implementing digital solutions
•    Driving special projects for procurement related improvements in the supply chain, for innovations and future technologies
•    Responsibility for our corporate contractual framework with regional and global suppliers
•    Monitoring and analyzing risks and market trends on the global IT sector
•    Key supplier management including supplier rating (directly or via the lead buyers of our divisions)
•    Center of excellence and key knowledge holder for the IT category

Candidate's Profile

•    Technical/commercial education with at least a bachelor's degree
•    Minimum of 5 years procurement experience for IT ideally in an international environment / company
•    Profound knowledge of markets and suppliers with proven experience of global contracts in an industrial area
•    Excellent management, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
•    Goal-oriented, proactive approach with sense for improvements
•    Willingness to travel 30-40 %
•    Excellent English skills written and spoken

Salary: 3200,00 Euro
