Job Description:

• Planning & Execution for Annual, monthly, and daily Protection & Automation maintenance activities of plant and machineries.
• Timely completion of planned maintenance activities
• Carry out condition-based monitoring of equipment and plan maintenance accordingly   
• Planning of critical spares for ensuring 100% machine availability
• Trouble shooting of breakdown by carrying out root cause analysis and take corrective/preventive action accordingly.
• Coordinate with ERLDC, client & sub-contractors for outage planning and respond to client & ERLDC queries
• Knowledge of Automation tools hardware like PLCs and Software like SCALA 250 etc.
• Coordinate with various department within ANDRITZ for resolving issues related to Power plant
• Coordinate with vendors/ OEMs for getting offers of spares and expert services.
• Documentation of Protection & Automation maintenance records as per ISO formats.
• Conduct technical/behavioral/safety trainings for client, sub-contractors, technicians, etc.
