Major Duties:

      Plant Layout - Prepare preliminary plant layouts based on the clients requirements and basis projects that meet the clients production needs     

      Production Calculations/schedules - Calculate theoretical throughput calculations given the mix of products that the client wishes to produce.

      Process Engineering Liaison (Client) - Act as a link between Andritz and the Client. Answering Client questions by e-mail/telephone or attending Kick-off and Design meetings.  

      Commissioning - Supervise clients production personnel during commissioning phase and acceptance testing to fine tune control and automation model to ensure that contract guarantees are met.

 

Competence

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Good communication skill, both in English and in Chinese
  • English Language skills, including technical  language
  • Work in Steel Industry, Heavy Industry,
  • Experience in Plate Mills, Reversing or single stand cold mills, Process Lines, Strip furnace, Finishing Lines, Aluminum Mills and treatment lines.
  • Full Commissioning experience with a high degree of automation understanding
  • Work in international teams and working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • 5 years (in total) minimum experience in steel or aluminum processing.
  • 3 years minimum as Senior Process Engineer for one of the types of mill listed above.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and project
  • 2D Design with AutoCAD Mechanical (advance)
