Major Duties

      Understand our market position and know our competitors, their strengths and weaknesses.

      Work out strategies to win orders and to increase our market share.

      Develop and maintain relation with stakeholders and build a sales network of agents and distributors.

      Put sales relevant information into CRM and keep them up to date.

      Assure clear technical specification in contracts.

      Report sales activities to the National Sales Director.

      Prepare OI forecasts monthly, quarterly, yearly

      Join requested trainings.

      Provide feedback on how to improve our competitiveness.

      Cooperate with local and global back office.



     Bachelor degree or higher with major with food related and/or food mechanical background.

      More than eight years of experience in Sales into the food industry

      Fermentation process / beverage producing process would be a plus.

      Good skills with Microsoft office.

      Fluent in English, in terms of reading, writing, speaking and understanding.

      Excellent communication skills with customers.

      Self-driven and pro-active personality.

      Solution orientated.
