  • Plan and perform a wide range of mechanical tasks related to the repair, overhaul and manufacture of industrial centrifuges, planetary gear units, and other types of separation equipment.
  • Able to dismantle, clean, inspect and determine scope of repair required in the repair of various types of separation equipment.
  • Maintain a clean work area, maintain measuring tools and accurately measure parts within high tolerances.
  • Read and interpret assembly and detailed manufacturing drawings. Undertake specialized millwright activities requiring exceptional detail.
  • Candidate will be required to work a rotating shift including a 6am-3:30pm dayshift and a 3:20pm-1:50am afternoon shift as required by management.



To be considered, candidates will have a Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) status as defined by the Apprenticeship Branch of the Saskatchewan Department of Labour and demonstrated industrial mechanic experience. An apprentice may be considered if the candidate has undergone a pre-employment program through Saskatchewan Polytechnic Pre-Employment Program or equivalent and the candidate meets the entrance requirements of the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission.
