Beschreibung: 

Andritz is looking for a new Regional Product Manager to expand its successful Low Consistency Refiner Plates team in Europe.  With the addition of a new team member, the territories will be realigned, offering a possibility to adjust region of responsibility based on the successful candidate’s location, connections, preferences, and language skills.

 

General:

The Regional Product Manager (RPM) acts as an important interface between the Regional Sales Organization and the Global Product Home. The RPM, as an expert for Products and Processes, provides technical support to the Andritz Field Sales team, gives feedback to the Global Product Home by reflecting the market needs, and provides feedback and ideas towards future product improvements.

 

The RPM manages the LC Plates business in his allocated territory.  The RPM identifies market potential by thoroughly following up the market trends, by maintaining of the Customer Installed Base and Market Potential per Mill, per Customer Group, Country, and Region.  The RPM ensures that an adequate strategic plan is established and followed with the various internal and external stakeholders.  The RPM interacts within the Andritz organization and directly with customers as required to fulfil the business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in Engineering or Sciences
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pulp and Paper industry, or degree in paper making
  • Experience in Refining and Stock Preparation is a strong advantage
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.  Skills in other European language(s) would also be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a team and cooperate with people at all levels of customer’s organizations
  • Good time management and ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of working time.
     

Main Goals / Job description:

  • The RPM oversees the Order Intake Growth in the assigned territory (bring technology and value to our customers) according to the targets defined by the Regional Product Director and in alignment with the Regional Sales Management.
  • The RPM maintains / updates the Installed Base within the common ANDRITZ Tools, including market-share, Total Potential, etc. by mill.
  • The RPM develops Key Account Strategies per mill, and follows-up with Field Sales routinely (change/modify as required)
  • The RPM defines the Budget per mill, within the assigned territory
  • The RPM is in charge for the Product and Application Management in the Region
  • The RPM provides Technical and Commercial Support (incl. training) for the Field Sales
  • The RPM provides feedback to the global Screening / Cleaning Team regarding R&D, competitor’s activities, etc.
  • The RPM is utilizing the defined ANDRITZ communication tools.
  • The RPM reports to the Head of Regional Product Management within the Region.

 

Additional Goals:

  • The RPM work with Field Sales to conduct Refiner System audits, Start-up support and attend shutdowns as needed
  • The RPM prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to the customer (in cooperation with Field Sales)
  • The RPM develop and execute On-site Trials:
    • Trials require the RPMs involvement in developing the trial plan, listing the success criteria, running the trial, data collection and evaluation (operation, quality, energy consumption, service life, etc), and writing the Final Report.
    • Follow-up on trials and proposals to secure additional business
    • Document and present trial results to the customer
    • Dollarization, documentation of TCO savings
  • The RPM work with Field Sales and Andritz Marketing Support to generate Case Studies for internal use and/or publication.
  • The RPM ensure that every relevant Customer Interaction is traced in webCRM CIC system.
