In our “Engineering” department within our Division “Air Pollution Control” in Raaba we are searching for a Project Engineering Manager (m/w/d): 

•    Coordination of the technical realization of a project with regard to a technically optimized design and within the project budget, the schedule, standards and guidelines and the customer contract. 
•    Leading and supporting technical staff within a project team
•    Creating resource plans and assigning precise tasks to technicians within a project team in close coordination with the Director of Engineering
•    Responsibility for the execution of the technical concept according to the contract 
•    Creating project specific applicable general guidelines and templates.
•    Creating standards as well as defines scopes for the staff within in the project team
•    Supervision of the application of engineering tools, standards, specifications, processes and procedures
•    Contribution to capacity compensations with other projects and departments as well as with external resources in coordination with Director Engineering and the project manager
•    Supporting project engineers in the procurement of equipment.


•    Completed technical education (HTL, FH or University) in the field of mechanical engineering or similar
•    At least 3 years of experience in project based business, experienced in the area of large scale industrial projects
•    First experience in leading and guiding teams
•    Good knowledge of modern project management tools, MS Project, MS Teams and MS Office
•    Strong communication skills in technical discussions and negotiations, team-Player
•    Proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working
•    Willingness to travel
•    Business fluent English skills spoken and written (min. B2) required, German and other language skills are beneficial


In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.542,60 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
