RESPONSIBILITIES 


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•    Maintain EHS management system records ;
•    Assist in the development of departmental materials and initiatives ;
•    Assist in planning EHS meetings and internal training ;
•    Contribute to research and information gathering ;
•    Manage/assist the administration of the site EHS records ;
•    Maintain and update the EHS orientation presentation and conduct EHS orientations for new employees ;
•    Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, maintenance, spreadsheet development, and scanning ;
•    Manage/assign all EHS training requirements and maintain training records in coordination with site and corporate training requirements ;
•    Coordinate the collection of EHS statistics for weekly KPI and monthly reports ;
•    Coordinate/book training programs as needed ;
•    Coordinate the purchase of personal protective equipment as needed ;
•    Perform all other administrative tasks as assigned.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  
 
•    Three years proven related work experience in an administrative role - required ;
•    Health and Safety Environment Post-Secondary Education – an asset ;
•    Experience in HSE Coordination - an asset ;
•    Bilingual – an asset ;
•    Excellent MS Office proficiency ;
•    Strong communication skills (spoken & written) at all levels of the organization ;
•    Autonomous, Multi-Tasking ;
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy ;
•    Willingness to learn all aspects of administration ;
•    Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

 

**This position will be base on site at Carillon generating station near St-André-d'Argenteuil*** 

*** Monday to Friday 10H/day***

* Legal status to work in Canada is required.
