           Job Responsibilities & Tasks  

  • Maintain and optimize local company networks and servers.
  • Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g., user authorization,)
  • Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
  • Provide support for onsite and remote associates via Incidents and Service Requests related to virtual servers, client PCs, applications, peripherals, client networking (wired and wireless) etc.
  • Managing Incident, Problem, Service Request and Change Management through JIRA
  • Provides 1st/2nd level troubleshooting and proactively maintain end user systems and ensure smooth operations 
  • Participate in daily huddles, weekly and monthly meetings and report priorities, status updates, and any blockers
  • Proactively communicate the status, plan of action(s), and resolution(s) of issues
  • Maintains data integrity, file systems, and overall security for the user enterprise environment
  • Maintain asset inventory
  • Provide vendor-certified hardware break/fix services, working with hardware vendors as Needed.
  • Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems

 

        Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
  • 6+ total years of experience in IT support
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Admin role
  • Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft Cisco certification.
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Subscriptions, Policies, Migrations, exchange management required
