KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Manage the sales activities of the organizations products and services of the target Region towards achieving sales goals including profitable growth. 
•    Ensure that ‘all’ relevant business segments, products and services are promoted within the region.
•    Implement agreed short and long-term sales strategies for the assigned Region.
•    Responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, regional P&L for all business segments.
•    Ensure effective sales and service network and coverage of the region.
•    Develop the regional organization to be lean and efficient. 
•    Training and coaching of the regional sales team. 
•    Performance management of sales and service personnel in the region.
•    Performance management of agents, distributors and other sales channels in the region.
•    Enforcing that company sales processes and policies are implemented and adhered to in the region.
•    Effectively understand and analyses customer technical, commercial and financial needs in order to offer win-win solutions. 
•    Participating in negotiation of important and larger contracts in the region, 
•    Development of regional key accounts and ensuring development and servicing global key accounts active in the region.
•    Responsible for all marketing activities in the region (in specific Market Observation and Research), participate and organize together marketing team tradeshows, forums and relevant events. 
•    Responsible for monthly reporting in accordance with company guide lines and participation in monthly regional business review. Monitor and report on competitive situation in the region.
•    Setting and managing budgets, performance of legal entities in the region. 
•    Sales forecasting monthly, yearly and mid-term planning forecasts. 
•    Promote knowledge sharing in the region as well as across the global organization.
•    Show strong leadership by setting clear expectations and developing the skills and competencies of the employees in the sales and services teams.
•    Reinforce the behaviors of #1ANDRITZWay and SIP in being a role model to the team and to the whole organization.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS (knowledge)
•    Marketing principles
•    Customer Experience Principles
•    Machinery/engineering skills
•    FB Products and business segments, Animal Feed, Pet Food, Extrusion, Biomass, Waste
•    Proven ability to formulate sales plans and execute processes to achieve business objectives and grow sales 
•    Strong sales experience and knowledge of markets in the target region.
•    Experience in using CRM and other sales tools
•    Networking both internally as well as with external stakeholders in the relevant industry.
•    Technology skills (ANDRITZ IT and IoT Tools)
•    Language skills :

  •  English fluency (must have)

 

SCHOOL EDUCATION

Minimum:    Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant technical area (Engineering) combined with strong sales experience and customer orientation. 
Good to have    MBI or Master in Business Administration and/or Marketing

 

EXPERIENCE

Minimum:  Five (5) years of experience working in Sales and Services (capital and aftermarket) preferably in Feed & Biofuel industry (Animal Feed, PET Food and Aqua Feed, Biofuel projects).
Experience in working in matrix structure.
