-Verify that purchase requests are complete and clear
-Get missing information when needed
-Getting and analyzing offers in accordance with the establishment of policies and procedures
-Create purchase orders in Andritz SAP (ASAP)
-Use SRM to manage supplier contracts, agreements, certificates, etc.
-Address supplier quality issues and handle complaints
-Emit status reports on projects: reports (weekly reports, statistics, etc.)
-Support the Project Manager, Purchasing Manager, Category Managers and others in the implementation of their purchasing requirements
-Review the Andritz Terms and Conditions as necessary for supplier purchases
-Create weekly, monthly reports as needed
-Other activities required to support shopping functions
-Expedite
-Clarify the delivery dates with the claim holders after the order is created
-Accelerate purchase orders daily, weekly and monthly
-Monitor sub-supplier deliveries to meet schedule and quality
-Submit to preventive health medical examinations
-Comply with the internal and external rules, regulations and manuals of the company
-Know and identify the hazards and risk assessment of your job
-Identify the environmental aspects and impacts of their activities
