Job description: 

The Service Tools & Processes Manager is responsible for continuous optimization of all relevant processes, systems and tools across all different legal entities related to FB Aftermarket and as such contributing to profitable growth of the entire Business Unit.


  • Administrator and analyst on Field Service Management (IFS), working closely together with Smart Service development team on both planning and mobile functionality
  • ASAP Super User and Subject Matter Expert on all relevant modules as being in use in relation to AFM processes
  • Develop and maintain Service Performance Reporting and Monitoring in Bowling Chart setup, by collecting performance data from various system sources to calculate targeted metric values on a monthly base
  • Together with the Sales Regions, collect data for building AFM OI forecasts based upon funnel of opportunities as starting point for periodic alignment with all stakeholders in Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning meetings
  • Provide support on business case preparation work for various purposes, but particularly as related to investment requisitions for contribution to service concept development
  • Perform validity checks on data collected to assure AFM is managed upon reliable figures
  • Run Kaizen improvement and Light House improvement projects across FB entities and service hubs, based upon ANDRITZ Production System (APS) methodologies (DMAIC)
  • Manage the APIs and interfaces between the different systems in place (ASAP, webCRM, FSM and SPC) and take care of any further perceived necessary customizations
  • Develop and provide training programs for all relevant systems insofar as relevant within AFM
  • Troubleshoot issues in all relevant systems and steer towards structural solutions by effectively resolving root causes
  • Create and manage up to date and detailed documentation on relevant systems and tools, also for guide lining new functionality development
  • Work with ANDRITZ specialists in ASAP to support release of new functionality in AFM
  • Support year over year transformation planning on AFM relevant SQDCC metrics


  • Super user level on systems like SAP, CRM and SPC
  • Knowledgeable administration experience

  • Experiencie    Minimum 5 years of working experience in optimizing service processes  
  • Experience in working in matrix structure is considered to be a pro

  • Availability for travels (about 25% of working time)
