Job description: 

The Service Account Manager is responsible for further developing, managing and support the sales of ANDRITZ FB service solutions in the BENELUX with the main task to achieve customer’s satisfaction and drive the business to a profitable growth track. Focus will be on the bigger customers, later the activities will take place also in Germany.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being the first point of contact for a customer after hand over of the equipment and is the technical specialist on equipment and process lines
  • Participates at the commission stage and take ownership in organizing the life cycle actions for customers to ensure that spare parts are in place and customer is introduced to the service organization
  • By making periodic visits to customers and executing audits the Service Account Manager is the advising the customer on training spare parts needs, service intervals to support OEE optimization of the equipment
  • He will connect with the sales/back office to ensure that quotes are made based on his agreed recommendations and he will commercially support the sales at the customer to close the orders
  • He will translate the longer term needs from the customer into a forecast  that is used for closing service level agreement that meet customer service requirements By executing these activities the Service Account Manager will contribute to the commercial sales of the ANDRITZ FB service portfolio by up and cross selling, recommendations with regard to service, upgrades end of life replacements
  • Propose, develop and implement plans for improving / maximizing FB sales and earnings in the territory and meeting agreed targets and KPI’s, in line with the service execution / AFT strategy.
  • Initiate quotes, conduct negotiations and close contracts  according to FB’s pricing policy and approval procedures.
  • Support and secure successful order transfer towards part and wear deliveries and maintenance execution with all necessary technical and commercial information.
  • Monitor plan and report market opportunities and sales activities of the service portfolio through ANDRITZ CRM and monthly reports.
  • Keep aligned with developments on service market and monitor our competitive situation
  • Grow aftermarket share in all applications (animal feed, aqua & pet, biomass & waste) and further strengthen ANDRITZ’s brand in the territory.
  • Promote knowledge sharing in the territory to the Sales managers / Backoffice, Regional Aftermarket manager and  Service organization
  • Show strong leadership by setting clear expectations and developing the skills and competencies of the employees in the sales and service teams.
  • Reinforce the behaviors of #1ANDRITZWay in being a role model to the team and to the whole organization.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS (knowledge)

  • Process technology /Machinery / Engineering / Automation skills
  • Knowledge of FB Products and business processes on all segments animal feed, aqua & pet, biomass & waste
  • Track record and proven background in Field service Customer Experience principles
  • Networking with stakeholders in the relevant territory.
  • Experience in using CRM \Field Service Management system
  • Technology skills (ANDRITZ IT and IoT Tools)
  • Language skills :
  • English fluency (must have)
  • German and other languages (good to have)

SCHOOL EDUCATION

Minimum    Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant technical area (Maintenance Engineering/mechanical engineering /Process engineering) combined with strong field services experience and customer orientation
Good to have     Process technology/maintenance management

 

EXPERIENCE

Experience    Minimum 10 years of experience working in Services,  managing  medium and long term contracts preferably in Feed & Biofuel industry (Animal Feed, PET Food and Aqua Feed, Biofuel projects).
Experience in working in matrix structure.
Industrial Sector    Feed milling  Biofuel pellet production / Dry goods/ Power Plants/Maintenance Engineering

 

OTHER REQUISITES

Availability for travels (about 60% of working time)
