Major Duties 主要职责

  • Analysis of the market: mapping the feedmarket in China and keeping ‘the map’ updated

市场分析:绘制中国饲料市场地图并随时更新

  • Acquisition : establishing new relationships with potential customers.

  • Open doors and develop long-term relationship with customers.

与客户建立长期合作关系。

  • Maintain multi-level communication with customers (from owner to operator)

与客户保持多层次的沟通(从业主到运营商)

  • Analysing customers’ requirements and translate into product-specifications

  • Preparing quotations

准备报价

  • Obtaining the required authorizations (sales approval policy) and follow sales procedures

获得所需的授权(销售批准政策)并遵守销售程序

  • Close follow up with customers on made proposals

密切跟踪客户提出的建议

  • Reporting won/lost orders

报告赢得/失去的订单

  • Arranging internal kick off sales & service meetings regarding solution.

  • Handing over all information required for further process handling to the orders and/or contracts processing department.

  • Assuring in close cooperation with Back-Office that contracts will be fulfilled in detail.

  • Control receivables in close cooperation with the controlling and processing teams.

  • Maintain customer relations and focus on customer orientation.

  • Reporting on mill visits and opportunities and storage in share folders

报告工厂参观、机会和共享文件夹中的存储情况

  • Store and update sales documentation data on CRM

  • Feedback competitor information to product groups/marketing

向产品部门/市场部门反馈竞争对手的信息

  • Co-operation and sharing of information with other Sales Managers and Service

与其他销售经理和服务人员合作并分享信息

  • Improve processes, standards, tools and skill levels within the organization together with other members of the processing and service teams.

与加工和服务团队的其他成员一起改进组织内的流程、标准、工具和技能水平。

  • Share knowledge via the intranet, team meetings and in other appropriate forums and media

  • Open and constructive internal communication with internal functions (back-office, shipping, finance) with goal to best serve the customer.

Competence 任职资格

• Bachelor Degree (mechanical engineering)

•本科(机械工程)

• More than 5 years’ experience in Feedmilling Industry

•5年以上饲料加工行业工作经验

• Fluent in Chinese and English

•中英文流利

• Readiness for travel (extensive travels)
