Responsibilities:

•    Support the sales process with the project planning and “Lessons Learnt” from previous projects
•    Arrange project kick off meeting and establish the project organization
•    Manage a matrix organized project team (product, site erection) throughout project life cycle to achieve project goals.
•    Lead the review of project scope, budget, and schedule for compliance with customer specifications. 
•    Identify, present and report non-conforming issues and assists in resolution
•    Lead the project scope change management process. 
•    Identify potential risks to the completion of the project, including resources, costs, and systems. Recommend appropriate preventive solutions
•    Lead appropriate and timely written plus oral communications with all project team members, related management functions and customers throughout the order execution process
•    Lead projects ensuring that they adhere to the established project methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies, and procedures. Ensures project management methods are used throughout the order execution phases
•    Lead the timely execution of major milestone approvals with customer. Manage the availability of necessary paperwork to document approvals.
•    Conduct quality assurance for tasks and deliverables and leads the "Lessons Learnt" review
•    Prepare project schedule and budget and supervise the process to meet the delivery time schedule within budget.
•    Main responsibility of project activities including SAP system maintenance
•    Project cost control, time schedule and quality control, risk management, elaboration and weekly update
•    Prepare and maintain project plan cost, project cash flow follow up 
•    Commercial issues follow up including payment, invoice and billing etc
•    Maintain and develop customer relationship throughout the project
•    Prepare, maintain and distribute project plan to relative parties
•    Organize relevant project drawings from product / engineering team and forward to related parties (for example OP, PC)
•    Organise and participate the liaison meeting and design review meeting with End User/ Design Institute if necessary
•    Follow up production schedule and quality control.
•    Packing and shipping arrangement if necessary.
•    Organise, control and if needed participate commissioning and start-up and get the FAC
•    Project documentation management in hard copy and electrical format
•    Meet customer satisfaction during project execution.
•    Handle customer complaints or the liquidated damages
•    Follow up failure during warrantee period
 

Requirements:

•    Bachelor Degree of Process engineering
•    More than 5 years of experience in equipment manufacturing and relative project management
•    Good English communication skill in reading/writing and oral.
•    SAP knowledge and excellent team spirit
•    Excellent planning and organizational abilities
