Job title:  Order Processing Engineer/Manager

Major Duties

•      Overall responsibility of all divisional orders activities

•      Control cost, time and quality management and customer satisfaction in the all orders

•      Maintaining customer contacts throughout the orders

•      Provide sufficient training for order processing engineers /share information and knowledge

•      Support order processing engineers in problem solving

•      Assign order processing engineers to orders

•      Review and support all relevant tasks of order processing engineers according job description

•      Set annual goals

•      Check and control expenses

•      Taking actions to identify and mitigate or eliminate risks

•      Coordinate follow up on quality / non-conformances and reporting in the orders

•      Analyze and address customer complaints

•      Monitor purchasing plan and ensure that purchasing is conforming to the orders schedule and specific contractual purchasing demands

•      Review order purchases jointly with the purchaser

•      Review contract status reports

•      Approve relevant purchasing invoices in the order

•      Ensure reviews and closing of orders

•      Follow up receivables

•      Support inventory management

•      Selection and hiring of staff

•      Ensure proper documentation archiving of order material

Competencies

•      Bachelor Degree

•      SAP knowledge and skills

•      Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
