We are in growth and are seeking a Student Assistant for approx. 20 hours/week to join the team of Business Controlling at our headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark where you will be reporting to the Business Controlling Manager.

 

WHAT WE OFFER

 

Key Responsibilities

We offer you an exciting position where your main responsibilities are support to Finance and Controlling, Commercial Management and Sales

 

  • Support and Assistance with data extraction and analysis for
    • Monthly closing
    • Forecasts & Budgets
    • Ad hoc analysis
  • Update of various standard Presentations
  • Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA)
    • Create a smart checklist of what must be checked when reviewing NDA (checklist exists, but it is not smart)
    • Create a database to manage NDA globally for FB. I have a SharePoint database but very limited.
    • Collect FB NDA worldwide
  • Reporting
    • Lift the quality of internal reports and create new reports.
  • Risk
    • Help to organize and consolidate risks collected at all FB entities.
  • Update Market report for Graz (GCO)
  • Update Agent report (monthly)
    • Gather commission paid
    • Update with Rush report
    • Update with input from GSN
  • Update/maintain sales/agent list for sales dashboard
  • Expected working hours: 20 per week

 

WHAT YOU OFFER

Qualifications & Experience

The Student Assistant is currently enrolled at a university and is expected to be enrolled in studies that aim at gaining insights into the areas of Controlling, Accounting and / or Finance. This position calls for a structured approach to planning and workload prioritization. This is with high focus to details and the ability to make sound decisions. Moreover, it is crucial to have a pragmatic attitude towards people and tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential to work constructively with others to achieve business goals and in relations to stakeholder management. Finally, we are searching for a team player able to deliver high-quality results under time pressure. 

 

Soft and Technical Skills

Education

Presumably, you are 2 years into your studies of a relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree related to Business Controlling and/or Finance.
