Andritz Feed & Biofuel are looking for a profile with a strong service background combined with a commercial mindset who can develop and transform the aftermarket service concepts. As Head of Asset Performance Management, you are the driving force to transform the aftermarket business, advancing towards strategic partnerships through Asset and Process Optimization services. You have the overall responsibility for developing, promoting, and commercializing the service portfolio including Smart (digital) Services and most importantly the long-term service contracts. Developing after sales partnerships with the customers is the main task. You have a Product Manager reporting directly to you.

Your tasks are to:

  • drive the development and execution of the global Asset Performance Management service strategy
  • define and lead the customer journey initiative in each region, by setting the targets and list of target customers
  • support the regional Aftermarket service teams by defining and implementing of the necessary framework, know-how, processes, and tools
  • gain insight in the customers’ value chain and production process across multiple industries and bring solutions to achieve highest returns on the asset invested
  • manage and standardize the product portfolio including value propositions and pricing
  • identify opportunities to expand repair hubs infrastructure in our key markets and co-ordinate with Operations to monitor and improve overall (KPI) performance of the workshops
  • prepare and provide know how on relevant service offerings, both internally and externally
  • support and give product training to the global sales organizations to enable value-based selling.

You work within a full Product Life Cycle perspective, and you are responsible of developing a range of innovative ideas for service offerings with new business models. The Head of Asset Performance Management is the primary interface with Sales (capital and aftermarket), Innovation, Automation, Digital and Field Services teams.

International experience with a technical and concept-oriented approach

You possess a solid knowledge about product management principles and stakeholder management.

It is also important that you have strong technical knowledge as well as a deep commercial understanding. Translating the service concepts into clear value propositions is a clear demand in this role.

You probably have a bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, automation, IT, or a similar technical background.

The role is based at the Andritz Feed & Biofuel Headquarter in Esbjerg. Remote working is possible to a certain extent. The job involves travel activity up to 50-60 days per year.

English at a high level is mandatory.
