We are in growth and are seeking an experienced and highly committed colleague to the position Product Manager, Wear.

As Product Manager, you will be overall responsible for the global product strategy and competitiveness for the Product Group Parts, Service & Repair. You are located at the Geldrop, Netherland or Esbjerg, Denmark office and will report directly to the Product Group Director Parts, Service & Repair.



  • Support the Product Group and the BU in the strategy development and implementation
  • Develop and implement the business plans in collaboration with Global Sales and Service, Capital BU, Innovation and Operations
  • Manage and standardize product portfolio including value proposition and pricing in order to continuously improve our market competitiveness
  • Manage the innovation process in the roadmap planning of new products in short times to market
  • Develop process strategy and product portfolio standardization in Center of Competence setup
  • Create Market Intelligence on customer requirements, competitor analysis, price and performance analysis
  • Prepare and provide know how on relevant products and services, both internally and externally
  • Support and give product training for the region sales organizations to meet target volumes
  • Manage profitability of individual products based on a Gross Margin level

Key activities:

  • Primary technical interface with sales support teams, regional sales, field service and customer base providing support as needed and including travel to customer meetings and installations
  • Work closely with other Product Managers within ANDRITZ FB
  • Supporting Sales management, in developing marketing/promotion plan including identification of where we can sell, the strategy for selling as well as developing marketing materials per global Product Management guidelines
  • Drive R&D ideas and implementation of new products as a part of the global Product Team together with the R&D/engineering team

Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering or similar technical background required

Preferably, MBA or master’s in engineering/Business Administration or similar


Considerable travel activities worldwide (approximately 30 - 40 days per year) can be expected.
