HR Generalist

Being a growing, international company with a high-performance culture and ambitious strategy, ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is looking for a HR Generalist to join our Headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark.
This is a great opportunity to make an impact by ensuring high quality of services for the full HR life cycle from hire to retire. The successful candidate has a background in HR and/or Business Administration/Labour Law, and a keen interest to grow and develop together with us.

WE OFFER

The HR Generalist supports employees and managers on a wide variety of HR topics, such as recruitment, workforce administration, on-and offboarding and compensation & benefits. The main focus for the HR Support is the Danish organisation, however there is also an involvement in various global HR activities. The position holder develops and drives HR processes and practices to enable an employee-oriented, high-performance culture, which is the foundation for reaching the ambitious FB division strategy. Reporting to the HR Manager Denmark, the HR Generalist will become part of a global HR network with support from Group HR functions in Austria.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations

  • HR Administration throughout the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, including employment contracts and employee benefits
  • Maintain HR master data as key user for #APeople (SAP SuccessFactors) 
  • HR Reporting DK (headcount, turnover, absence, etc.) 

Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Drive recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring managers, to ensure the right candidates are selected through the best recruitment channels
  • Perform personality and cognitive assessments; take the lead in job interviews; use the #ARecruitment system (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Career fairs, SoMe posts and other relevant activities; design and maintain employer branding material 

HR processes and general HR support

  • Point of contact for appr. 120 employees and managers for all kinds of HR matters (e.g. employment law and personnel cases, sick leave, Work council (SU) meetings, #APeople system)
  • Manage on- and offboarding process
  • Administrate yearly salary review, bonus and performance process
  • Key user for implementation of the Skills & Competencies system
  • Develop and maintain Employee Handbook on SharePoint including HR policies and processes

 

YOU OFFER

SKILLS

  • Interpersonal skills: ability to build relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization and across cultures
  • Problem-solving skills with a pragmatic "can-do" attitude
  • Self-motivated teamplayer
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Fluency in English both verbally and written; Danish is an advantage

 

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

Preferably you hold a Bachelor’s or Master´s degree within Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or similar. Experience from working with HR and/or Office Administration is an advantage.
