This 2-year graduate program is a starting point for young talents with Engineering background who are looking for an ambitious career in a fast-paced and international environment.
KEY LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The graduate program will be starting on September 1st, 2023 for a during of 2 years which consists of 3 rotations and each rotation period has been selected to secure that the R&D and Engineering Graduate is introduced to the global perspective of R&D and Engineering, that will be of value in a future Innovation role. Apart from the below specified objectives, the Graduate will be tasked with a predefined and time limited project that is linked to each Rotation period. There will be training in relevant IT systems, how they interact and on how to use these.
Onboarding Period (1 month), Business Innovation Technology, Esbjerg, Denmark
Rotation Period 1 (8 months), Product Engineering, Humenne, Slovakia
- 20 % or the rotation period is expected to be used on the predefined Innovation challenge
- Be a part of daily Product Engineering task and projects
- Driving the Engineering order execution for specified product segment
- Identifying smarter ways of working in Product Engineering
Rotation Period 2 (8 months), Project Engineering, PMO, Chennai, India
- 20 % or the rotation period is expected to be used on the predefined Innovation challenge.
- Be a part of daily Project Engineering task and projects
- Participate on complex projects for key customers.
- Identifying smarter ways of working in Project Engineering
Rotation Period 3 (7 months), R&D, Esbjerg, Denmark
- 20 % or the rotation period is expected to be used on the predefined Innovation challenge.
- Be a part of daily R&D project execution
- Driving conceptualization in collaboration with Product Management
- Identifying smarter ways of working in Business Innovation
WHAT YOU OFFER
