TITLE: Human Resources Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Director Human Resources
The Human Resources Coordinator will support Andritz Metals USA Inc. in its headquarters located in
Callery, PA, along with several other locations in the US. The position primarily supports the hourly
recruitment function and provides the department with administrative support for other human
resource functions as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, conversion to electronic files
where possible. Role also provides HR support to other functional areas including onboarding,
performance management and various policy/project implementations. Support needed in an everchanging,
fast-paced environment. Successful candidate must demonstrate patience, resilience and will
thrive in a challenging environment. The position will initially focus on the critical role of recruiting by assisting with candidate sourcing,
screening, interview coordination and onboarding duties as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
• Assists with recruitment and interview process
• Administrative support (electronic filing, paper filing, preparing/maintaining employee files,
departmental mail)
• Other duties as assigned
• Position is on-site in Callery, PA

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources administration, or a closely related field
• At least two (2) years of human resources experience (or an equivalent combination of
education, training, and experience).
