As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be a key leader of digital transformation and marketing innovation for a multimillion dollar, international sales and marketing team. You will succeed by leveraging your knowledge of CRM, LMS and other systems, as well as by utilizing marketing and branding skills. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position leading to opportunities to connect with top leadership and our respected customers both nationally and internationally.

What You Will Do In Your Role

- Digital Marketing: Develop cutting-edge strategies for how we go to market with new products, promote seminars/webinars, and similar projects
- Sales Coordination: Work alongside a team of nine world class salespeople, including the VP of Sales & Marketing, to support marketing efforts
- CRM & LMS Platform Management: Own and facilitate training for new users, coordinate new account assignments, issue quotes, and process orders
- Customer Survey Feedback: Manage the customer selection process, and execute follow up activities and communications as needed
- Branding: Own refining our brand by developing dynamic presentations templates, outlining best practices for communicating with customers, and maintaining the Key Account Management & Pulp Service NA intranet sites
- Relationship Building & Travel: Travel 3-5 times a year to network/collaborate with sales and marketing teams in Oldsmar, FL, Glens Falls, NY, and Montreal, Canada, and to attend sales and customer meetings nationally (and potentially internationally)
- Event Planning: Potential opportunities to plan customer seminars, annual strategic alignment meetings, and internal training events
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing position or similar role
- B.S. in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent degree
- Strong intrapersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
- Well-versed in SAP, CRM, DMS, and payment gateways
- Experience in digital marketing, promotional planning, and budgeting
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, and PowerPoint

- Knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, and calendar development
- Keen instincts for identifying gaps in processes and how to improve them with new technology/systems
- Experience in effective written and verbal communication to individuals and to large groups, including executive leadership
- Experience in integrating and implementing diverse information while remaining flexible, adaptable, and able to shift priorities quickly
- Skilled at presenting, collaborating and/or leading cross-functional teams, including members of leadership
