EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years of experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience working in multi-national organization is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and compartmentalize activities into smaller components to facilitate completion
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Requires the ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines
  • Quick learner
  • Proficient with MS Office

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Complete, reverify and retain foreign worker Forms I-9 & E-Verify in accordance with federal guidelines.
  • International assignment tracking in #APeople
  • Follows up with foreign nationals and managers for completed questionnaires and missing documents.
  • Recordkeeping, tracking and reporting of immigration expirations dates, extensions, and adjustment of status filings.
  • Create new and maintain integrity of current immigration files such as Public Access Files and PERM audit files in accordance with federal guidelines.
  • Data Entry, including detailed tracking into immigration case management database.
  • Provide support to Immigration & Mobility team as related to the preparation and filing of immigration petitions and applications.
  • Scanning, copying, saving, and mailing immigration petitions and applications
