We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure that our precision products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will play a key role in validating product integrity and supporting continuous improvement efforts throughout the manufacturing process.
What You Will Be Doing
Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise:
- Inspect finished products and in-process components to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Use precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Perform routine quality tests and document results accurately
- Maintain clear and detailed inspection records, logs, and reports
- Communicate quality issues to supervisors and collaborate with production teams to resolve problems
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for quality or efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
- Promote a clean, safe, and quality-focused work environment

What We're Looking For
When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
- Understanding of quality control and inspection processes in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns and root causes of defects
- Solid communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in quality inspection, preferably in a machining or fabrication setting
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
