Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario! We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to manage all aspects of the supply chain, from inbound material planning to outbound delivery. This role is essential to maintaining the seamless flow of materials, optimizing warehouse operations, and ensuring excellent service to both internal and external customers.
What You Will Be Doing
Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise:
- Plan and oversee logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer service activities
- Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process, from sourcing materials to final product delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to meet production needs without overstocking
- Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and service providers
- Track shipments and delivery timelines to ensure on-time performance
- Implement processes and controls to improve accuracy, safety, and efficiency within the warehouse
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for inventory, shipments, and KPIs
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to align logistics with business needs
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies

What We're Looking For

- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in supply chain management systems and warehouse software (e.g., ERP, WMS)
- Ability to negotiate and manage supplier and vendor relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing environment
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
